Même si son parcourt atypique et sa belle carrière justifient pleinement qu''il écrive une biographie on est un peu déçu dans le contenu. Le récit est pollué par trop de témoignages de ses anciens coéquipiers ou autres. On a le sentiment qu'ils sont présents juste pour faire remplissage. On a aussi l'impression que David se livre avec beaucoup de retenue et dévoile finalement pas grand chose sur lui. Car tout ce qui est dit dans son livre on le sait déjà . Cette biographie aurait mérité mieux.
Un livre fidèle à l'homme, plutôt bien construit autour de chapitres simples qui nous rappellent de bons souvenirs footballistiques. Son enfance et son arrivée/retour en France est très intéressant. Dommage qu'il n'aille pas davantage en profondeur mais ce livre est simple, discret et bon comme l'était le joueur Trézéguet sur le terrain
Joueur très attachant ayant eu une carrière exceptionnelle. Le livre reflète bien son parcours, bien que la partie témoignage soit quelquefois pesante.
